FOOD MADE BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE FOOD
Ipsa is a new kind of frozen food company started by two longtime food professionals dedicated to changing how–and what–people eat at home.

Buffalo Wings Zone
I understand Super Bowl wait times -- I used to hostess, waitress and bartend! But I got two phone calls from my Postmate saying the order had never been made, and they'd been waiting an hour for it. I asked what to do, and the delivery person said "call postmates." I spend 20 minutes on the site looking for a number, which didn't exist, and then I get another call asking why my order doesn't exist. "I'm not sure, I have a confirmation email from over two hours ago," I answered. We hang up. The postmate tells me the order is canceled. I order from a different delivery service. All of a sudden, I get an alert that my postmate is on the way. .what? We just had multiple calls saying it was canceled and I already ordered MORE food from somewhere else. 40 minutes later, with no call, the Postmate shows up, gives me the cold wings, and leaves. So yeah. Won't be using Postmates again. I don't blame him. I blame having no phone number to call to ask questions to. You make your site so difficult on purpose. I shall not be using again.
