Needs some work
I have faceid login but it keeps giving me “bad request”. I have to swipe remove the app and try again two times to finally log in.
User Friendly? Not as much as previous OCB!
This interface is not nearly as easy to use as previous OCB App.
Not caring for 2-factor authentication. Difficult to manipulate between log in screen and text message.
Was perfectly happy with old mobile app oregon community bank login web app. Used to be able to see check # that has cleared along with a picture of check. That feature is now gone. It also takes longer to see pending transactions. Used to be almost instantly.
Rollout was poor!
Update: still don’t like it a week later and when you try to contact support the first message you get is their security certificate is expired! Agree with the other poster that this does NOT inspire confidence—what IT Department of a financial institution let’s their security certification expire?!?! 😳
Too many unresolved issues
Face ID is a mess. Overall experience is clunky and not what I would expect of an app. Terrible support for an iPad. Old app had a better experience, not that it was great, but the information was more readily organized and available. Some good stuff. Really like mobile deposit when oregon community bank login not being temperamental.
